2016...Did not compete.
2015...Won individual title at CSAC Championships to become the first male runner in Keystone history to win the individual conference championship. First Team All-CSAC. Named to CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Named CSAC Runner of the Week for weeks ending September 20, September 27, and October 18. Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for week ending September 7.
Competed in all seven events on the fall. Top 8k time was a 26:03 at the Highlander Invitational which was the second fastest time in school history. Best 5K mark was a 16:53 at the CSAC Preview Meet at McDade Park, also the second best time in program history. After winning the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 27:44, finished 57th at NCAA Mideast Regionals (8K) with a time of 26:48.
2014-15 (Track & Field)...Finished third in the 1500 meter run at the CSAC Invitational.
At Penn State Worthington...PSUAC First Team All-American. USCAA 2nd Team All-American in cross country. Dean's List.
High School...Earned Academic Honors.
