Biography
2016-17... Member of 4x400 meter relay team which earned Second Team All-CSAC honors. Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that set an outdoor school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:22.74. Best times were 11.94 seconds in the 100 meter dash, 23.75 seconds in the 200 meter dash, and 51.89 seconds in the 400 meter dash.
At Keystone...Three-year member of the men's track & field team. In 2012-13 indoor season, was a member of the 4x200 meter relay team that posted a school record with a time of 1:34.29 and was also on the 4x400 meter relay team that set a new program best time of 3:32.33. Was a member of both relay teams during the outdoor season which both set new school records with the 4x200 meter relay team posting a time of 1:30.72 and the 4x400 meter relay team recording a mark of 3:26.19. Is also a member of the men's cross country team.
High School...Athlete of the Year, District and League 400m champion, District and League 4x400m champion, 2010 Track and Field MVP, Basktball Unsung Hero Award, Three-Sport Senior Award (Cross Country, Basketball, and Track).
