Keystone College Athletics

2016...CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Competed in all eight events on the season. Best 6K time was a 33:41 at the Lock Haven Invitational on September 24th. Top 5K mark was a 28:09 at the 11th Annual Saints Invitational hosted by Emmanuel College on October 14th . Best result was a 58th place finish at the season-opening CSAC Championship Preview Meet on September 3rd. Finished 72nd at the CSAC Championships (5K) with a time of 30:17 and 364th at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (6K) with a mark of 36:37.

2015...Named to CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Competed in all seven meets in the fall. Fastest 6K time was a 35:53 at the Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University. Clocked best 5K mark of the year, 31:29, at the CSAC Preview Meet at McDade Park.  Top 4K time was a 23:01 at the Long Short Invitational hosted by Dickinson College. Finished 73rd at the CSAC Championships (5K) with a time of 32:22 before placing 332nd at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (6K) after crossing the finish line in 37:35.

At Keystone...Keystone Honors Program.  2015 KC Leader of the Month.  Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.  Completed an internship with Sodexo in Madrid, Spain.
